Customer Care Training

As has been in the past, we Uniglobe Let's Go Travel usually undergo frequent Customer care training that are established to aid us in building better relationships with our customers both internally and externally.

On 21st  and 22nd January, 2014 we under went another kind of customer care training facilitated by Smart Skill Trainers, who are one of the best leadership & communication trainers in East Africa.

It is our hope that we get to put to use what we learnt and that we will be able to serve you (the clients) even better than we have done in the past.
